About Michał Trojanowski

Behind the coaching,
there’s a real story.

I’m a psychologist, coach, and expat. I’ve lived across five countries — and some of those experiences, I understand from the inside. I know what it’s like when your brain works differently from everyone around you, and the world keeps telling you to just try harder. I know what it feels like to build a life somewhere new and wonder why nobody warned you it would feel like this. That understanding shapes everything about how I work.

How I work

My goal is never to give you the answers. It’s to equip you with the strategies, tools, and self-understanding to find them yourself — so that over time, you need me less, not more. I draw on psychology, instructional design, and lived experience in equal measure. Sessions are practical, honest, and built around how your brain actually works — not how the world thinks it should.
