What if I need to reach you quickly?

WhatsApp is the fastest way to get hold of me: +43 660 6747933

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No – a formal diagnosis is not required. Many of my clients are self-identified or in the process of seeking a diagnosis. What matters is whether you’re experiencing the patterns we’d work on: difficulty with focus, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, or feeling like you’re not living up to your potential. That said, if you’re interested in pursuing an official diagnosis, I work with a trusted referral partner – Mag. rer. nat. Dunja Radler – who offers assessments in both English and German.

How long does ADHD coaching typically last?

It varies a lot depending on what you’re working on and where you’re starting from. Some clients see meaningful shifts in 6–8 sessions; others prefer ongoing support over several months. I don’t lock you into packages – we check in regularly to see how things are progressing and adjust the pace together. The goal is always for you to build your own systems and strategies, so that you eventually need me less, not more.

I was recently diagnosed as an adult. Is it too late for coaching to help?

Absolutely not – in fact, many clients find that an adult diagnosis is the beginning of things finally making sense. Understanding your ADHD brain doesn’t change your history, but it completely changes how you can design your life going forward. We work on practical strategies tailored to where you are now – your work, your relationships, your routines. Adults often make faster progress than younger clients because you have more self-awareness to bring to the process.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy typically focuses on processing past experiences, healing trauma, and addressing clinical mental health conditions. Coaching is present- and future-focused: we work on where you are now and where you want to go. My sessions are practical and action-oriented – we identify what’s getting in your way and build concrete strategies to move forward. I hold a Master’s in Psychology, which informs everything I do, but coaching is not a substitute for clinical treatment. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, I’ll always say so and can point you toward the right support.

What happens in a typical coaching session?

Sessions are conversational and collaborative – there’s no fixed script. We usually begin with a brief check-in: what’s happened since we last spoke, what’s working, what’s not. From there we focus on whatever is most pressing for you that week, whether that’s a specific challenge, a decision you’re wrestling with, or building on something from a previous session. I ask a lot of questions rather than telling you what to do – my job is to help you find your own answers, not to prescribe solutions. Sessions run 45-50 minutes.

Do you offer group coaching or workshops?

Not as a standard offering right now, but I do work with organisations on tailored workshops around ADHD awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership. If you’re interested in something for your team or community, get in touch at hello@neuromindset.eu and we can explore what would work best.

My priority is to connect you with the right expert for your needs.

If you need a diagnosis for any reason including:

  • treatment access,
